Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order for up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason by contacting  us and indicating that you wish to cancel your order or products from this with your order number. You have another 14 days to return your order after cancellation.

The costs for returning to Disinfection-Display are at your own expense.

We recommend sending your return with track & trace, so that you always have proof of shipping (should your return be lost to the postal company unexpectedly). Both the risk of shipping and the costs of a return are at the customer's own expense.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging will have to be returned to Disinfection-Display.

Send your return to Desfection display, Veersedijk  103, 3341LL in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, The Netherlands. Send the included packing slip with your return.

Upon receipt of your return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days to the account used in placing the order, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Disinfection display is known for its good service. Non-identifiable returns (added without data) cannot be handled.

Only our webshop disinfection products fall within our return policy.
